The Master 2 in Sales Marketing, Digital Marketing pathway aims to train specialists in marketing and customer relationship management able to mobilize digital tools (webmarketing, emailing, natural and paid referencing, social media, mobile telephony, web analytics …).

The objective of this Master’s degree is to train company executives who are able to:

  • collect and analyze data
  • participate in the definition of the company’s strategic vision and manage its implementation
  • build a unique identity and a sense of belonging based on the construction and development of a customer and employee experience
  • Create content for digital channels and conduct personalized and interactive marketing actions to create, maintain and develop the relationship between the company and its customers
  • Define indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s actions

Profile

The Master 2 Digital Marketing is only accessible through a work-study program, either through a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract to any person holding a Master 1 degree, in the field of management sciences and in particular marketing, or a title equivalent to 240 ECTS, or with significant experience related to the training for access via a validation of professional and personal achievements (VAPP).after the first year of Master 1 of the mention Marketing, Sales of the University of Angers or after a Master 1 from another French university or business school
