Part-time continuing education, to support societal transformations in organizations.

The Management and Organizational Transformation D.U. offers managers and consultants the opportunity to acquire new skills in transformation management. It responds to a strong demand for increased skills in this area, with methods focused on people and social responsibility.

 

At the end of the course, you will be able to :

• advise on a strategy for responsible change
• define a change project
• managing transformation
• mobilizing collective intelligence
• adopt a transformative posture

 

Déroulement de la formation :

 

The 160-hour course is organized into skills modules, with 2 consecutive days per month of classroom training at the IAE between January and December, plus distance learning (30% of courses on a dedicated platform).

Led by academics and professional experts in the field, it combines teaching, lectures, exchange and co-development workshops, and real-life work situations.

 

The D.U. takes 1 year to complete. On request, certain modules can be taken as short courses, or the D.U. can be taken over 2 years.

Pré-requis :

• At least 3 years’ experience in management and a degree in higher education.
• Or have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ management experience
